    Hey, today I updated to windows 10 Creators Fall Update. I though I take the opportunity to update my bios. After installing I now get the Q-Code d0 which means "CPU Initialisation-Error". The CPU worked flawlessly before. Also sometimes I get into the bios and can access all settings, but after saving and resetting the error reoccures. I also cleard the cmos. Thanks in advance for any help.

    Hey, I would like to build a homeserver to do various tasks: 1. Backup files on a weekly basis (with ecc and Raid) 2. Gitblit-server 4. A small Website and 3. A small gaming Server for me and my friends. I am not able to go over €800 and created a sketch on pcpartpicker: https://de.pcpartpicker.com/list/pZP2zM The problem is I am unsure about the RAM. I looked at the memory compatibility list of the mainboard for ecc and the serial number checks, but I think the price is too low. Also, I am unsure if I need a GPU. I plan to control the Server over ssh and could use my Gaming GPU for first time setup. As an OS I thought I would use Debian as I have used Raspbian but Debian seems to be much more complicated. Is there a good guide for first time setup or a better OS? I would really appreciate if someone could look at the build and confirm compatibility and answer my questions.

    @Matias thank you for trying I uninstalled all update except kb3176936 because this can't be uninstalled. Power settings are normal. I didn't install anything and already tried reverting everything else including system restore.

    To make sure: The mouse is smooth, but games drop frames. It doesn't appear to be happening on the dekstop, only if the cursor is above a programm. Examples are Anno, Hearthstone, MS Word, Chrome

    Hey, Since last week or so nearly every game or program drops frames (at least 30 fps (sometimes even to 0 fps)) when I move my Mouse. I already searched for a solution and tried everything. I have a Logitech g502, Windows 10, gtx 970, maximus VIII Hero. Also, I would be happy if there wasn't the need of a reinstall. I would really appreciate help. Thanks in advance, Ermodo

    Actually a mc-server does require a lot of horse power. Espacially a modded one. (But it can't hurt to take a look at some performance mods like Fastcraft). I would go for the i5.

    k, I reverted it to stock and will try a lower overclock later in the future.

    I'm using Nocuta's NH-D15 with only 1 fan installed. Idle temps are around room temperature (24°C) and Load temperature are around 60 (max. 70)

    also I put + .65V on it so 1.29V is the standard? That seems a lot for a non oc-chip

    Hey, I would like the zbox because I am sitting here with my laptop, which is more than 5 years old and can't game much on it. As it is so small it would fit perfectly in my living room. Also the 23 of November is my birthday and this would really make the day awesome.
