    nope.
Im living in Argentina, South America.
Just a gaming store nearby from where I am right now...surprisingly I got a good price, that is not avaliable anymore. (sadly pc hardware here is almost always more expensive)

Correct, you need a Z490 motherboard to run at higher RAM frequency than DDR4-2666.

What is the price difference between the i5-10600K / KF and the i5-10400F?
How much was the ASUS Prime-P Z490?

Running XMP shouldn't bring the CPU temperature up...and if any, probably by a few *C.
Rather, get an aftermarket CPU cooler, because the stock one is junkus.
CPU will run cooler, and quieter.

    $35 ~ $40 price range..

You need a s490 motherboard to run the ram at 3200mhz and I would recommend getting a cooler like a hyper 212 or something because it is much better than the stock cooler. It should be quieter with a hyper 212 than a stock cooler.

If you're considering a Titan X then you should also consider SLI 980s. I had a 970 and it was extremely good at 1080p gaming, and now I have 2 290xs (so basically same as 295x2) and it's fantastic as well.

A 295x2 is only very slightly slower than SLI 980s at 4k, by the way, so do consider the diminishing returns.

Easy fix when you want to upgrade to 1440p or even 4K then the Titan X is the best choice for you, period. It's the fastest single GPU on the market by far and almost as fast as the others in SLI or CF. Comes with good OCing potential and 12GB VRAM. But it does not have the issues of all the other SLI or CF combos, like missing profiles and so on.
