Ya G4400 is good enough, even tho it would be better to invest for a 4 threaded cpu imo.
What you could do is get a i3 and gpu later. Why? The integrated gpu (hd 510,520) can run LoL at 100 fps full hd if you turn the setting down a bit.

Pretty much any i-series cpu(old or new), and a 660ti or better. You could put a 1030 or 1050 in an old oem pc and it should be fine.

Look up benchmarks to compare gpu's, the 1030 consumes much less power though.

Any used CPU above 3.0 Ghz (two cores minimum, 4 core preferred), 4GB RAM, and just about any GPU newer than 2012 (at least 2GB of VRAM) should be plenty...

What PSU do you have? As long as it's 250-300W, and actually a good model that can prove that wattage without exploding, then you should be fine.

No, your motherboard won't affect things like that, but can affect how well you can overclock your CPU.

No, only thing you have to worry about is the BIOS support out of the box.
H110 will likely need a BIOS update to support the 7xxx series chips whereas the 2xx series boards won't.

Stretch to the 1500X if you can. It's the only Ryzen X model i'd ever buy. You get double the L3 cache, a better cooler in the box, higher stock speeds and the potential of more overclocking headroom. All for like $20 more thats a great deal.

Yes Asus is very solid they also have a good BIOs. It is what I would recommend but you could go with Gigabyte or AsRock if you prefer.

A few games on the market may max your CPU out before the GPU, but most of the time you'll be fine on 1080p at 60hz.  You have a balanced setup.

aha i think i got your point now, u mean LGA 1151 is already old enough to be replaced soon by a new socket, so buying LGA 1151 or 1150 doesnt really matter in the future, thanks i really didnt think about that.

This is the nice thing to say. The not so nice thing to say it that you should 100% go with the rx 480 4gb or 8gb. They are overall better cards and you can find the 8gb for pretty cheap.
