B550 won't support 3200G, according to AMD. I'd go ahead and build it.

Would personally get the 250 board Roblox should not need that much GPU power so the built-in should do 16gb ram, can prepare a list

If she's just 8 then it's unlikely any benefits from B550 will be tangible for her. Probably just set to go for it.

omg,  i think i figured out the issue....   MSI Dragon center was set to silent mode and was limiting CPU to 2.8Ghz   I set to performance it bumped up to 4.2 and now stream is fine

Actually the blue link on bottom of pic "display adapter properties for display 1" was actually clickable lol... and it brought up a second window behind chrome so i didn't see it. once in there I clicked "Monitor" and then could change refresh rate.

We can delete it if you like, or if you'd like to explain your solution and mark it, others might find it useful if they encounter the same problem

Not so long ago there was a streaming service that had a vast collection of old movies, old TV and more.
This service was called netflix and it was good as no more need for big DVD collections or going to a certain harbor full of seafaring criminals with eye patches and peg legs.
In 2020 however Netflix will be on life support and we will have a mass of un nessasary un wanted and un needed streaming services.

Too many streaming services now, too much money out the door.
 
Personally I am just going to kill all my streaming service subscriptions, get a VPN and hoist up the jolly roger.
I am done playing this game, I tried to be law abiding and not break the rules but now.... screw it.
This madness has to stop.
I will probably make a plex server in the near future, rip and torrent whatever I want to watch and tear the rulebook up and throw it into the San Marianas trench where no scurvy bilge rat can find it.

I just dont want to invest in DVD's or blue rays, those take up room.
At least with my plex server idea i can just get a small form factor PC for it and its still will be cheaper then buying 800 boxed sets of various TV shows I like.

I had 2X4gb I'm my stick while it was stuttering and then upgrade to 4X4gb and don't have any issue now.

Have you tried raising voltage to 1.35v?

If you set slower timings it might allow you to get higher frequencies? IDK, not so great with RAM, I was just trying to help out a bit.

bump it up to 60fps on the steam with highest bitrate u can see if it helps check cpu usage 

I think RX480 has the edge in performance. But idk how each of them overclock (would asume amd card runs hot as they do usually.) In any case i would go for more memory because despite people saying you dont need more than 2 or 3 gigs of vram. New cards alredy setting standards of about 8 to 12 gb. And that's for a reason

really l--------wide -------l ultra computer screen at 1080p is really dumpster ok. Not worth the money ok. Ya ok. I suggestie if you go for the l--------wide -------l monitor you go res at 1440p or even 4k ya, then it really worth the moeny then ok.

Alright, now I'm just making up my mind if it's really worth the €100 extra compared to a normal 24" screen.

Just an update for anyone who cares... I downgraded my bios to 0504 and now I'm able to get 3.7 Ghz on all cores and 2666Mhz on my RAM. I'll have to wait for a new bios and my AM4 adaptor to push things higher (still on the stock cooler).

Hmmm Aura should work with it though... Just confirming, but this means you have two cables running from the wraith cooler onto the mobo, right?
