Two 1070s will perform better in games that support multi-GPU.
Unless you only play a few games that do support that, I would recommend a 1080 to get better performance in all the other games that don't support that and also not have to deal with SLI issues.

With RAM you can mismatch as much as you want, what will happen is that the 2666MHz sticks will lower their clocks to 2133MHz.

Well, for the Maximus IX Hero against the TUF, you get
marginally better on-board audio some slightly different I/O ROG software and BIOS stuff 3 fan headers instead of 2 (if you don't feel like using a fan splitter) Aura headers I personally don't think it justifies the price, but hey, if you can afford it, it's actually pretty good board!
If you plan to OC it hard, then the Maximus is your best bet, though the gains might not be too much.
 

If you're into RGB, keep in mind that the Z170 Pro Gaming/Aura does NOT have a header for LED strips–just one little area of onboard RGB on the right side. My brother learned that lesson during his build. However, the MSI Z270 Pro Gaming Carbon DOES have an RGB header and it's only a tad more expensive.

Well, I've been living under a rock again.
 
I can't see why Nvidia choose to do this. I know SLI isn't the best thing ever, but some people think it's fun or nice to do and maybe with the coming of DX12 multi-gpu becomes better and more relevant.
Probably trying to get you to buy the more expensive 1070...

You can't SLI to 1060, it doesn't have any SLI fingers on it.

No, I don't think they should make an app, the mobile site is just fine. Only thing is that I wish they would add an iOS icon button so that it looks better on the homescreen. Also kek no Windows Phone option.
