Get the Aqua Computer aquaero 5 lt, it's by far the best controller on the market and have plenty of options such as measuring flow rate, control fan seeds based on coolant temp, automatic system shutdown if the pump stops running. You shouldn't be looking at anything else if you are watercooling and makes the corsair link look like a toy.

For $40 there isn't that much performance gain and as said above it's currently out of stock.
