Couldn't have said it better myself. After Youtube Options went sub based, Youtube center was my next go to. It ended up being much better than Youtube options, and I'll never go back to standard Youtube. I suppose you could still load in the extensions in developer mode, but then you're left without any extension updates and with that annoying popup when ever you start Chrome.
So I can go and configure another Youtube replacer. One that tries to trick you into installing other, unneeded extensions while you're at it? I would rather be productive and find a work around Google's unneeded hand holding.
Edit: So I installed Magic Actions, and it's terrible. Not even close to the same options Youtube center had, cannot change change the Youtube layout, does not seem to change embedded videos. That is not a replacement for Youtube Center. Don't pretend that it's even close.

Pride of knowing the inside of my PC that nobody other than me will ever see is "clean" of cable? Yeah.. no... Not only do I not have a side window, but my PC inside a compartment of my desk, which is enclosed on all side with a frosted glass door in front, I don't even want to see the case itself.
I care more about the components inside and how they each affect my PC's performances, than the aesthetic of those parts and the cables linking all those parts which does nothing performances wise, sorry. (I got a bunch of those poop brown Noctua fans, which doesn't go well at all with my blue motherboard, red RAM or black and white GPU cooler with multicolored barely sleeved PSU cables.)

My university has atleast one computer lab in every building. They all have these really old dells running windows 7 on 720p displays. The computer science majors have a two room lab all to ourself. The computers in this room range from imacs to two desktops with six core i7s, dual titans and dual 30" 1440p monitors. We can use then whenever we want for school or programming purposes but on weekends and weekdays after 5pm we can fillout a sign in sheet to use them for pretty much anything. I carry my 1tb usb3 hdd with me to play my steam games. Today I spent about 2 hours playing paranautical activity (just got it from humble weekly sale).
