    This was fixed by using etcher, thank you. It then required a bios update though followed by enabling virtualization for some reason but once again another issue. It hangs at create volitile files and directories. I thought it'd be due to information bring written to the USB from numerous attempts so I reflashdd it but same issue. This is exhausting ahah.

    First two errors are easy. In fact you can prevent them by configuring php different. Or use one "if" like in code above (should help).

    Third error means that you're using new version if php without that function enabled.
    Try to use mysqli_real_escape_string this instead
    http://php.net/manual/en/mysqli.real-escape-string.php

    or use your own str_replace code.

    Damn, you're right.
    Anyway, these errors are not related to it, so both solutions should be used for this to work.

    You are looking for username and password in the POST but their name in the form is user and pass

    $username = $_POST['user'];$password = $_POST['pass'];

    id probably go for this rather, the storage and the cooler are easy to upgrade later. out of your two choices though probably the 7700K

    i wouldn't go for kaby lake at this point. coffee lake is a far more sensible offer. it sucks that the availability isn't there but it's just better in every way spending the exact same amount of money on kaby lake is going to be very regretable.

    I would say 8th gen. Even the i5-8400 is better than i7-7700k. Also you need a much better cooler than that to hold that OC.

    i think their x299 is a joke to be honest so expensive mobos on top of the cpus so i dived towards a 1151 system [despite some will cull me out for buying old overpriced"" tech] . . . doesn't make sense really, it isn't groundbreaking in layman terms apart the "more cores + thread" but imo 4/8 c/t is fine enough for me. and i dont see 8/16 any benefit for now that is.

    edit: personally if u into gaming consider 1151 lineup//7700k imo, if you can find them on sale [which i did and saved 160aud combined cpu mobo ram] it is a bargain not to be missed... 740aud vs 900aud...

    edit: the sale was ebays 20% off thingy for EOFY if ppl were wondering before i get questioned*

    Usually the culprit (for other readers)
    You have dynamic contrast ratio enabled on your monitor/TV (if your monitor/TV is set to Movie mode, it might enable it as well) If its on a laptop screen, you have Intel's "Display Power Saving Technology" enabled. Yes, I know it woks on reverse of what it should be doing, that's Intel for you, they never fixed it. So it consumes more battery with it enabled, as you need to boost your screen brightness to see better as it dims the colors. It also explains why you have lack of colors on battery, as it kicks in. Disable it and problem would be solved. Moved to Troubleshooting

    Indeed, I'd update the hardware before the monitor. I didn't think they made 3440x1440@144hz, wasn't there one meant to be released last year or something? Highest I've seen is a 120Hz(pre-overclocked) at that resolution. Alrighty, maybe it's my mental state, I mean human eyes can only see up to 24fps anyway

    More aggressive curve yes... X34 was 3800R, this is 1900R. I've not seen that before in real life, but X34 is perfect to me... hopefully more won't ruin it. 100hz NATIVE though, I don't believe it. This looks like it will be using the same panel as the XR342CK which looks to be an identical 1900R panel and which is 60Hz native. The X34P will almost certainly just be overclocked out the box, with better QC to ensure all models reach that figure. No bad thing, but I don't believe this is 100Hz native panel as no such panel exists. If it can rectify scan lines issue and reduce bleed/glow, will still be a great monitor.
