OK cool a couple people saying that this psu should be good. Yea I will be changing the motherboard. Actually on that, pcpartpicker warns that the b550's might need bios updates but I thought that was just the b450's? I dont have a compatible amd cpu to do a bios update so I need it to work out of the box.

Will be used for video conferencing, large excel sheets, displaying data and graphs, mild coding. Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): Dad made an amd budget build in 2007! and needs an upgrade. Only parts required are mobo, ram, cpu, small ssd, and a video card to drive the monitors if necessary. Is there a solution here with an AMD APU and a mobo with 3 hdmi/displayports? Solved. Apparently signing into certain work related software is automatically agreeing to them encrypting your drive. I got the decryption key and unlocked everything. Got all my files back. lol

I have had a similar issue before. Go to task manager and force end any process that has anything to do with steam. Then try running steam again.

Hello, I would really appreciate some help with this. My windows install corrupted the other day so I pulled out my drive plugged it into another system and copied some important stuff off, some picture, documents, game save data, etc. i then proceeded to format the drive and reinstall windows Now I am trying to access the stuff I pulled but nothing will open. Every program just says that the files are unreadable or corrupted, games are not seeing the save data. I have some screenshots. Every single file I copied is like this. Has anybody seen this before and can this be fixed? Thanks,

Update! 6800K Been playing around with individual cores having different clocks, turns out my core 2 and 3 are weaker than the rest so I'm running core 0,1,4,5 at 4.5ghz and core 2,3 at 4.4ghz
