It does it randomly as well even when not recycling. But thats not the question, how can you force it off and keep it off unless i want it, some program?
I already have one for usb external but doesnt work for sata.

Why do you need a pic, its just task bar transparency (the bottom bar on windows with star menu etc)
There's no option to turn it on anywhere in the settings

The government is "shutting down" for a few days or what? and some websites that like no one uses like ever will get shut down in the process?
