  1. Second season was super hilarious. You should definitely get around to watching it.
  2. Ya, I'll admit it did seem kind of off. Only season 2 had this problem though. The series started out as a parody of everything moe and everything anime, about. It slowly (starting in season 2) started to turn into a rom-com-drama. The worst/best part is that the drama was part of the story and not a parody of other animes that do stuff very similar... In a pure comedy, it felt very off. The main issue was that they didn't execute it right. Let's take Baka and Test for example. There's drama in Baka and Test, just not what you would regularly expect of drama. It's comedic drama, like the bath house episodes in season 2 (so freaking hilarious). They executed it right IMO. Student Council's DIscretion could have gone a similar route with having comedic drama.
  3. Okay, so I just finished up all of Seitokai no Ichizon (Student Council's Discretion). Both seasons. I have to say, it was really funny! Season 1 gets a solid 8, and season 2 gets a solid 7 for siscon.
  4. Non Non Biyori would be a million times better if everybody talked this way, especially Renge.
  5. You do know who you're talking to, right? I hate to pull this card, but you know I have this badge for a reason, right? You're twisting what I'm saying around. I agreed with you earlier that it wouldn't hurt to make the title of this thread a little more intriguing, but you can about that without turning it into click bait. Click bait titles, like you're suggesting (Microsoft says FU to mobile operators, for example), are infuriating to read. Click bait is sensational. It's completely different from having an intriguing title. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Clickbait It's a horrible practice and should die quickly. You essentially want people to post like Buzzfeed, and I can guarantee you on LTT you will get backlash if you do that. Trust me, I know, from the whole one or two times I've done it.
  6. That's horrible advice. Awful, in fact. You should never resort to click bait topics or names. The OP title could be reworked, but you can do so without making it click bait.
  7. They do. They've had that since the first Humble Bundle.

Source 1: http://www.destructoid.com/humble-bundle-s-let-go-20-of-its-staff-315201.phtml?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook Source 2: https://www.polygon.com/2015/10/12/9513937/humble-bundle-cuts-jobs Humble Bundle has been in a bit of a rough patch recently, and this shouldn't come as a surprise to most of us. Since starting Humble Bundle they have raised $65 million for charity to date. They've expanded upon the original Humble Bundle by offering more bundles and an online store, and increased its employee count. Unfortunately though, the last few Humble Bundles haven't been selling that well, so Humble Bundle had to let go 20% of its staff - 12 people. Humble Bundle claims that their plans were too ambitious, and I'm inclined to agree. The last main numbered Humble Indie Bundle in September 2014 had around 200,000 sales, while the current one has around 140,000 sales and appears to be the lowest selling Humble Bundle to date. Remember, Humble Bundle use to have bundles that had 500,000 or more sales. That's a large step down. All I can say is good luck to Humble Bundle and good luck to those 12 people who lost their jobs. I wish the best for them and hope that they can get back on their feet soon.
  9. Seitokai no Ichizon (Student Council's Discretion) There's 2 seasons.
  10. Literally the funniest single frame I've ever seen in an anime.
  11. I have no idea tbh. Except the discs are completely blank. The box did say what they were, but that box is long gone by now... I remember when I bought them I made sure they were rw discs. EDIT: NEVERMIND, I DID A DUMB. It does say what they are, just in super tiny print. They're readable only. :/:/ I swear they were rewritable too. Whatever...
  12. Well, thanks to K3B is now know the issue: writing that Windows 7 ISO to the DVD made it un-rewritable for who knows what reason. Unless maybe it wasn't to begin with, but I swear the DVDs I have are rewritable... Whatever, I'll just waste another DVD. Really didn't want to though.
  13. Yes, it's a rw disc. And I'll try out that program just as soon as I can find it.
  14. Okay, basically I used Brasero to write a Windows 7 ISO to a DVD so I could install Windows 7 onto a friends computer. It's the only method that'll work on his computer for some strange reason. Now I'd like to wipe the DVD so I can reuse it, but it's showing as a UDF Volume and now I can't wipe it. So here's what I need: A way to make this UDF Volume a blank DVD again. The method needs to preferably be a Linux method.
  15. Other than squeezing more from their consumers, I never understood microtransactions, and I especially don't understand them in a single player game. Like, come on Squeenix, was this really necessary? No, no it was not.
  16. Source: http://www.destructoid.com/star-wars-battlefront-has-a-50-season-pass-315101.phtml?utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook Proof: https://store.xbox.com/en-US/Xbox-One/Bundle/Star-Wars-Battlefront-Season-Pass-Bundle/33f5d38d-9b10-4eaa-9dcd-e41dd4dcf867 EA and Battlefront were doing so well, but I should have known better. No microtransactions in Battlefront? That's awesome! Now EA's gonna shaft us with a $50 season pass. Grant it, no, you don't have to buy it, but $50 for a season pass is insane. The season pass will be good for four expansions, two week early access to each expansion, and a "shoot first" emote. I've never liked the idea of season passes, because sometimes a DLC comes out that I don't feel like spending my money on. I'd rather pick and choose and pay a little more for everything instead of paying $50 and having the expansions possibly be something that I don't want. At this point I'm not even sure if we'll save anything by getting the season pass. All I know is that charging $50 for it is stupid. I think I already know what all of you think about this, but let's hear your opinions. What do you think about EA charging $50 for the Battlefront season pass?
  17. Same. The things I did way back when I did knowing I would get warning points. To this day, totally worth it, but I'd rather not deal with that anymore. Honestly LTT is one of the more lax forums I've been on in terms of rules. It's honestly pretty chill.
  18. To each his own. Sure way back in the day the mod team honestly wasn't the best IMO, but it's improved drastically. Just stay out of trouble and you won't have any issues with the mods. It's really not that hard. (Speaking from experience here.)
  19. Ask very nicely. Honestly though, I'm not sure what the criteria is. All of the mods are helpful in one way, shape or form, so that probably has something to do with it. As a side note, the old forum I use to frequent got this question all the time, so the mods made an application and posted it on threads that asked what it takes to become a mod. The funny part? Tons of people believed it. +1 Bnet mods
  20. I really liked Halo Wars. Campaign was alright, but the multiplayer was pretty good IMO. As for Halo being rated T for Teen, that doesn't bother me at all. Halo really should have been T for Teen game since Halo: CE. As for the Flood, it was nice to get a break from them in Halo 4, but tbh I kinda miss them.
  21. $250 is a bit much for the Collector's Edition.... But I know if I had the money I would get it. >_>
  22. All of the Halo games have awesome music and the menu themes are some of the most iconic on gaming history. Personally, I'm a Halo 3: ODST fan. LOVE the menu theme so much and it's easily my favorite Halo OST. It just sounds so mysterious, and lovely, and it really fits the game perfectly. My favorite is easily Skyline though. Also, check out this website. It loops the Halo menu themes. If you want to switch themes, just click on the screen and choose the game. http://halome.nu/
