    @Sellin Hugs Get a refund immediately. I have experimented with these types of Ebay listings a couple times in the past because why not. Both times, the next day after purchasing, I got an email from Ebay saying that the seller's account was compromised. What this means is that, sure, the account has rep, *from the original user.* Somebody was able to get into the account and list "cheap video cards." People will fall for it because the seller has rep. Both times I knew it was a scam, I just wanted to see what would happen. It is a scam though. Get your money back immediately. Don't get burned.
