  1. I can only clear the tpm from that screen, the prepare tpm option is greyed out. This has worked before in other installs of windows. I have just recently reinstalled windows
  2. My motherboard is the Asus B350-Prime Plus (latest 5204 bios) running with a Ryzen 5 1600. I have tried clearing the tpm both through bios and through tpm.msc. I should also note that in tpm.msc, I cannot prepare the tpm through that menu.
  3. I first noticed this issue when I went to school and my wifi didn't work, no big deal, I'll just use my Bluetooth tethering. I tried this on my hotspot which still didn't have internet there either. I have tried kernal 5.0.9 and the lts 4.19 and it still doesn't work.
  4. I was going to try and install it on my secondary hard drive, my main drive is a 256 GB SSD. The rest of my specs are Ryzen 5 1600 Hyper X Predator RGB 16gb (2*8gb) Asus Prime B350 Plus Msi Armor RX 580 8gb Asus PCE-AC55BT Storage: Samsung 850 Evo 256 GB Seagate Barracuda 1tb And if it matters, the h500i's case lighting. I'm booting through USB and I will try other ports.
  5. Cinnamon has the exact same behavior. I don't think it's the desktop environment because it doesn't even get to that.
  6. I'm trying to install manjaro kde just to see what the experience is like on a desktop because I love it on my laptop. Problem is, I can't even boot to the desktop because the start job for LiveMedia MHWD script runs infinitely. I have already tried setting the drivers to free, nonfree, vesa, mesa, and Radeon but they don't do anything. My specs that are relevant are a ryzen 5 1600 with an rx 580. I have also verified that the iso was not corrupted or modified because it runs on my laptop.
  7. The CPU isn't heating up anymore, for some reason, and the battery is reading normally at around what it's supposed to be at.
  8. I think I can measure it, where would I measure the voltage from?
  9. I took apart my LG g5 because it would not turn on whatsoever and the second I plug the battery in, the heatsink for the CPU, ram, and stuff starts heating up, nothing shows up. I don't know the pins for the power button so I just shorted all of the pins coming from the fingerprint sensor, not sure if that would cause it to fry or something. None of the liquid damage indicators show anything but there's this weird stuff under the main camera, shown in the picture.
  10. CPU is at around 50 and gpu hovers around 75 to 100
  11. R6 at 1080p using the auto-detected settings and vsync is off
  12. I have an rx 580 and I'm getting like 30 fps. My cpu is a Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.8ghz and I have 16gb at 3200 MHz. I've also turned off radeon chill and the enhanced sync stuff and still nothing changes. Any help is appreciated.
  13. And I forgot the most obvious thing when troubleshooting this stuff, reset the router
  14. My laptop can see networks but can't connect to them. When I press connect it attempts to connect, restarts the adapter, then just says "Can't connect to this network." I have tried a network reset with no success. When I booted up into a Bitdefender rescue cd to check if maybe it was a virus or something, it could not connect either. I opened my laptop to check if the signal wires were connected and reseated them along with the card itself and it still cannot connect to wifi but my USB dongle works.
