Hey there. I'm fairly new to PC building. I would like some insight or advice on this build that I plan to do. I went to Pax East 2015 and won an Evga Geforce GTX 980 SC Acx 2.0 and so that reduced a butt load on the budget. I don't want to spend more than $1400 on the build, excluding the graphics card. This will be running on Windows 8.1 64-Bit. Thanks for the help, greatly appreciated.
