  1. Omg those headphones are goddamn beast! *_* I want one!
  2. Anything in the BIOS I should have done to enable this feature?
  3. This was in CPU-Z and yes both were recognized. I presume the 512 mb one is the APU's Graphics.
  4. I dont know why but the "AMD CrossfireX" option is completely missing for me
  5. Hey guys! Id appreciate some help with this as im not sure how to proceed. PC Parts- MSI A88XM E35 mobo AMD A10-7700k APU Sapphire r7 240 1gb ddr5 graphics card I'D like to run the graphics card in crossfire with the apu as im made to believe that this will result in improved performance. I read on AMDs page on dual graphics that simply installing Catalyst and enabling dual graphics was all i had to do. I installed the latest version of catalyst control center along with drivers but i dont see the "Dual Graphics" option under "Performance" Are there any prior steps i ought to have taken? Thanks in advance!
  6. Guys this is my first build and in facing this exact same issue where the fans turn on but display doesn't. i have posted on a seperate thread -http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/328495-system-fan-and-cpu-fan-turn-on-but-display-isnt-detected/?p=4459448#entry4459448 It would be great if you guys could take a look and tell me what's wrong here. Thanks!
  7. I've connected both the plover cables (4&24) and I've also tried the MOBO output along with Graphics Card output on 2 seperate displays but same problem
  8. Hey Guys, I recently recieved all my parts for my PC Build and assembled it , carefully following the instructions given with the mobo. After assembling everything i power on the PC, all the fans spin, all the lights start but the display im connected to shows that it doesnt recieve any signal and the Boot screen or BIOS isnt showing up. Ive tried removing the graphics card and hard disk and connecting directly to the display ports of the APU(on the mobo) but that yields the same results so im not quite sure what to do now . These are the parts of the Computer: MoBo: MSI A88XM-E35 CPU:A10 7700k Graphics Card:Saphire R7 240 1GB DDR5 RAM:Corsair Vengeance 4GB Any help would be greatly apreciated. Thanks in advance!
  9. Is there a difference between buying 2 seperate Corsair Vengeance 4 gb ram sticks Separately as opposed to a 2x4gb ram kit of the same brand and speed?
  10. Still kinda expensive and what additional functionality will I be getting from this?
  11. I think that would overshoot my budget by a long shot.
  12. Okay guys thanks for that! Will downgrading to 4gb of ram make a huge difference as my RS 20000 budget was inclusive of a HDD and an optical drive as well so I might choose to get another 4gb ram stick later on down the line.
  13. My budget for the CPU is around rs 6000 ~100usd
  14. Am I wrong in thinking that a dedicated GPU along with a CPU will perform better than an APU?? Or is that not how it works
  15. Hi guys, I'd like to start off by saying that I am a complete noob when it comes to PC building so please excuse me for anything I say that may be wrong. Anyways, this is my first pc build and I'm doing it on a budget of Rs.20000( I live In India btw) which translates to around roughly 320 USD. I'll be looking to run recent games at a decent playable frame rate on Medium 720p settings. I've decided on everything except the graphics card for which I have a budget of Rs. 4500 /~80$ ( I wasn't sure if I should get a Sapphire AMD R5 230 2GB DDR3 or and AMD R7 240 1 GB DDR5 and I wasn't sure what I should be looking for when buying a graphics card ) It would be great if you guys could tell me if this is a good graphics card for my need or if there is anything better for this price. My pc config - Cpu: AMD FX 4300 Black Edition Motherboard: Gigabyte GA78LMT USB3.0 Graphics Card: Sapphire AMD R5 or anything better you guys can suggest Ram: 4GB Corsair Vengeance Also if there is anything that you think can be done better with my config please do tell me. You can refer to this site www.flipkart.com for prices in India. Thanks in advance!
