  1. That sounds like something i would never do, if drilling only the head off.... that's... something of last resort, but i think i see if there if any other ideas
  2. So i was building my new PC and i was around the step of placing the motherboard(MSI Z97 PC Mate) into the case (Define R5) kinda slotted it in and more or less aline the board, after screwing 1 screw in i found that the other holes are not in sync and the board position slightly changed (maybe it changed when i screwed it in... silly me) First i tried to shift the board if i could aline but it can't so i decide to unscrew the first screw to replace the motherboard again, the screw would spin, counterclockwise but it won't come out at all, confused i decide to check the bottom if the standoff is at the other side of the case, and try to grip it while spinning the screwdriver, but the standoff isn't spinning along with the screw... so now i'm stuck, i can't take the board out and check because this one screw is screwing me (ehhh ) i wanted to try to unscrew the standoff from the otherside of the case but i don't have anything that can grip it that is small enough to fit in Umm... Help... i already spent 4 hours trying to get that one screw out
  3. haha, i live in South east asia, might as well buy from local hardware shop than to import, dem delivery are expensive
  4. Ahhh hmmm... i see... my place 240M would be 170ish bucks i'll consider getting the 240 (if i don't get bothered by the dust if i set the fans to push... Btw Phanteks 30~50 bucks more expensive around the shops i buy from (no other place to find parts in this country ) Also btw those air cooling towers kinda scare me the size of them makes me feel uncomfortable... not in the inferior way butt it feels like your board would break in half anytime
  5. Hmmmm... i look into this later, didn't think the thicker once will have problems with the R5 if i mount on the top or on the back
  6. Swiftech aio are pretty expensive huh at least my place is about $80 more than the h80i don't think my place sell Asetek
  7. I don't think the stores in my area stock those, i'm listing out those i know i can buy Thx though, wish my place has more brands to choose from
  8. I've come down to a few coolers i want to use in my next build but i can't decide which one has better Quality NZxT X31 Cooler Master NEPTON 120XL Corsair H80i (i know the H80i GT is out but it'll take awhile before it hit shelves here) Corsair H90 ($1 more than H80i ) (Throwing in a few more random coolers around the same price, maybe they might be better?) THERMALTAKE WATER 3.0 PRO DEEP COOL CAPTAIN 240 AIO (i know it's a 240mm one, pretty cheap) DEEP COOL CAPTAIN 120 AIO Case Fractal Design R5 I'll be replacing the Fans with Dual SP120 Quiets Which cooler would give me most performance? (Edit) (And most importantly... most reliable and long life)
