So he's misinformed, doesn't mean that you should be trying to change him. All you can do as a friend is give him factual information, what you shouldn't be trying to do is getting him to "switch sides" as it's clear he doesn't want to. I'm assuming your friendship developed based on something outside of tech? just keep it that way, I have friends that can't even turn a PC on, doesn't mean that I try to get them to become a PC user at every opportunity.

It seems like I will most likely get accepted into newcastle university    (Pretty easy requirements for me). So, I want to learn ) about this city (hallmarks, restaurants, interesting places, what not) from anyone who resides there, knows someone or knows something about the city.

Playing the Witcher 3 very slowly right now. I can only play if I'm in the mood for some good story line. Also dabbing in GTA5 story mode and NBA 2k15 on my ps4.

I preordered it, beat the main story in a few days. Went back and replayed the first two games. And now I'm starting my death march run and plan to spend about 200-300 hours doing absolutely fucking everything in it. Best goddamn game I've ever played. Forced its way past Kotor, Morrowind, The Last of Us, Fallout New Vegas and NBA 2k. 
 
Alongside that I'm playing NBA 2k15 still. I've got nearly 1000 hours in NBA 2k between my Steam and PS4 copies (Yes I buy sports games like NBA 2k and Fifa twice every year. Once for the PC for the modding community and once on the console for the better community). Still got lots to do and see myself reaching 1500 hours before NBA 2k16 comes out. And its a good game to mute. I like to listen to audiobooks while I play games like Fifa and NBA.

A2 error for that board is an IDE detect (means it's having trouble reading or detecting drives) is it possible you've knocked one of the cables loose from your hard drive?
If it's not that, try a CMOS reset for starters. 

It's still worth having a Wii U, for better or worse.
