Because the other card cannot achieve the same overclock as your primary card.
emample, my 660 Ti's
Primary 1306/3250
Secondary 1280/3150
when I overclock both run at 1280/3150 otherwise it crashes.

Both cards are great. Go with whichever one you like best there isn't really a "better" card.

1) Yes, but only just by a few degrees, it wont be a huge jump..
2) You could youtube that..
3) Yes most of the coolant have special solution that prevent bacteria and algae growth.
4) Im using the EK supremacy block, and its freaking awesome.. temps are great and it looks good.
5) Again this goes back to your first question, it will only make a 1 or 2 degree change in temps. Its better to go with pull rather than push, so the rad wont get dusty from all that dirt..

Yep i second that plus i know you would wanna OC the cards, so that might b a problem as well. With the power supply being only 650watts...

It would work but, i would run a 750w instead, it will be quieter, won't be constantly under stress and give you room for OCing etc

Go to your profile and click the 'edit' the button in the top right. Then look on the left for the signatures tab, from there you can add your part list. 3 line limit though. While you're at it, the fantastic moderators added a new section to profiles. If you scroll down you can see a nice section specifically for pc specs -
