I wonder if Lifi on street lamps would be a good way to give the masses high speed connections? or inside stairwells in high rises to retro-fit for broadband without having to rewire the building?

I'm only new here & no expert but as my old setup ran 2x 660ti's in SLi 1. Playing newer games the 2GB of vram started to become an issue. 2. Are you planning on running higher resolution? I added the 2nd 660ti when i bought my 1440p monitor and they ran games like bf4 quite well on high settings (100+ fps @ 1440p) 3. Not all games utilize SLi well or at all. (i had to disable my 2nd card for some games to even run properly) 4. If you already have to upgrade your motherboard to even use a SLi setup it's not worth buying the 2nd 660ti in my opinion. As Caeradwyn said. Use the money on a new cpu + motherboard instead and buy a cheap r9 2xx series later on when the 300 series AMD cards arrive Hopefully this was somewhat helpful for you.
