specs: mobo: msi z97i cpu: i5 4690k Ram: 16gb corsair vengence stock cooler, corsair RM 550 So this is the problem i keeo getting but idk how to fix it. that tutorial is different then my bios and its confusing. I have the windows 64 and 32 bit. I put them in and this pops up. i can access bios but im not sure what do do from there because bios are different. if someone is willing to help me out via Skype i will donate some money. This is a new build so I didnt have a Gpu in it. Im updating drivers now, will come back with results

So i got a new gpu (msi gtx 970) and now that i installed and turned my screen on the image is all stretched out and ive gone into the [screen resolution] to try to fix it but it doesn't let me. it says [Youre Resolutiion is lower than 1024 x 768. Some items might not fit and apps might not open.] Ive googled it but nothing is working. Can you guys help me?

I connected my gopro but i cant even look at my videos. I connect my iphone to add music and it just charges my phone and itunes doesnt read it What could this issue be?
