Audio Technica's ath-m50x's. I've had my pair for a few years and I love them. They can frequently be found for around $150 but are often cheaper if you look around at sales. Highly recommend!

Hey all, I've had a Schiit Modi 2 DAC for over a year now and it recently stopped being recognized by my Windows 10 PC. The power led still comes on when it's plugged in but is not recognized by my PC at all. I tried it on another Windows 10 PC, a Macbook Pro, swapped cables and nothing has worked. I have contacted Schiit's support team last week but have yet to hear anything from them. Any ideas on what could be going on?

I agree, I love Wendell and Qain. However, Logan's ego really sours what I consider to be an otherwise great community. It seems as if he's finally snapped.

I would definitely pick up Insurgency. The simplicity of the game and it's tense gameplay easily make it one of my favorite games.

It certainly could be a faulty cable, and yes, I still have my dual-link dvi cable. Maybe I'll use that for a few weeks and see if it happens again. Really hope it isn't the 980 Ti lol

Two weeks ago I upgraded from a GTX 770 to a GTX 980 Ti, at which point I also switched from using a dual-link DVI cable to a DisplayPort cable. Since then, on two separate occasions I've woken my PC to find my monitor displaying a distorted image. The top image shows the distortion while the bottom image shows what the monitor should normally look like. Rebooting the PC solves the issue for the time being but that is not a solution. Any thoughts?

Really recommend the M50x's, been using them for over a year now and have no complaints. I really like the neutral sound and its pretty decent at isolation, keeping music in and ambient sound out. Very comfortable and can't beat that price!

I would recommend the ATH-M50x's from audio-technica, I've had my pair since last Christmas and thoroughly enjoy them. They can be found for around $150 but are also often on sale for less, even at full price they are absolutely worth it.
