    They are plenty of videos on youtube that compare the 8350 to a 4790k fps in games like GTA 5 and almost all Triple a titles.

    If your just gaming stay with that CPU and go with a better GPU. You will get more fps out of a better GPU than a CPU. I have a i7-4790k and a GTX 970 if I knew what I know now I would have went with a cheap AMD 8350 or a i5 the i7 in game really hasn't give me maybe 5 fps. Save a little more and get a 980ti or wait till the new pascal comes out and the 980ti price will drop and get it then.

It's a clean system with ok cable management. Everything is in great condition.

    Yea I think so to. I only used the preset cause its a quick easy setup and then I always adjust the voltage I never keep the voltage presets ever even at stock speed. the stock speed voltage on this mobo was 1.3 and that's just stupid for stock. so at stock I can get it around 1.18

    The 1.38 voltage is the lowest it will run stable at 4.8GHz also I turned it way down the MOBO settings had it at 1.5+ it was a preset for the 4790k it has 2 OC presets 4.6 and 4.8 and I turned it down to 1.30 and it wasn't stable at all and 1.38 was as low as it would go and stay stable. I've had this issue with this chip for a bit when I used 2 other aftermarket coolers and all did the same thing no matter what I done. I used arctic silver on it and used the Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO and got the same issues with it,

    I have my i7-4790k overclocked to 4.8 GHz and the Vcore at 1.38 as low as I could get it stable. It has a Corsair H100i GTX with the thermal paste it came with. When running Aida64 Extreme System Stability test the core temps are very different. At Idle they are 1-32c 2-33c 3-34c 4-27c and at 100% jumping from max high to max low at 100% 1--84c 59c 2--93c 63c 3--89c 62c 4--85c 54c. That seems a little crazy to me. With a H100i GTX this CPU should even get close to that. This thermal paste has been on the CPU for 1 year without being touched so it should very easily be cured. I know thermal paste doesn't cure but it does take a bit to get to its peak performance. Maybe I should lapp it or Delid it and put Liquid pro on it. I wouldnt have any issues Deliding it at all im really good at that kinda stuff but there is always the risk of dmg so maybe lapping the cpu and cooler would be good enugh. What do you think?

    I'm talking about when you can click on prograde or any of those beside the Navbal? I, ve tested and tested and can't figure out when it starts working, I adjusted the starting funds and starting science to maximum and used them to upgrade and unlock and nothing, Does it start working after you reach a certain height or make an orbit or a certain amount of flights? Does it only work after installing a certain module on the rocket? I tried the Small Inline Reaction Wheel and the Advanced Inline Stabilizer and nothing. I also unlocked everything in the 1st 5 rows.

    What was the reason? They don't have to store any of the footage or really do much of anything. Doesn't even have to be quality.

    Should LTT do a Twitch live stream during office hours? They don't have to set it up to show anything or even play to the cam but make it more like a surveillance camera live stream. I think it would get a ton of viewers just wanting to see the day to day iner workings of LTT.

    I have a older HP LA2206xc monitor that has VGA,DVI and displayport and when i use DVI or VGA the colors and blacks look fine but when i use a displayport everything looks washed out. Why is that? I need to have 2 monitors and i like the HP monitor better for gaming than the ACER P215H monitor i have. The only way i can use them both is to have the HP on DP and the Acer on DVI since the Zotac AMP! Omega GTX 970 i have only has 1 DVI and 4 DP. Any idea whats up? I went in Nvidia control panel and went to Adjust desktop color setting and just touched the Digital Vibrance adjuster and it instantly fixed it and not looks better than the DVI looked.

    I would love to have this for my 10 year old Brother in law. He has the worse computer ive ever seen. has a 11 year old video card and wont play any games at all. when he comes up he plays on my computer. Hope I win he would go nuts over this. I love that this has all that power in this tiny case.

    3D PRINT A GAMING CASE!!! It doesnt have to be a large case and if you had to you could print it in sections that screw or snap together. You could make anything and make airflow work in creative ways or what ever. You could also maybe make a contest for viwers to design a case and you pick the winner. You could do so much with this idea if you wanted. Ok it wouldnt be that time consuming or costly Luke just printed a huge piece for that bomb case. It dosnt have to be large it case be anything use your imaginaion stop thinking of things like heat and making a huge case. All you have to do is set the mobo on the same metal risers and things like a normal case also the attachments points dont get anywhere near hot enuf to melt plasic like what is used in the printer.

    I have a crappy old HP Compaq LA2206xc Monitor and it has VGA, DVI and DP and I game alot (and yes I know I need a better monitor for gaming). My hardware is -- i7-4790k, 16gb ripjaws X ram and a Zotac AMP! Extreme GTX 970 and the 970 has DVI and DP. Should i use DP or will it even matter? Im currently using DVI but i have a DP cable.

    I've had my GTX 970 OCed since i got almost a year ago and its done this before but i dont know what caused it or what happened to let it start ocing again. Im using MSI Afterburner and I've had a 1500Mhz core and a 4000 Mhz mem and now the mem wont oc. stays at 3005. Any help would be appreciated thank you. Solved I uninstalled the newest Nvidia Driver and installed the next one before it and that fixed it.
