    my opinion that you should reduce the ssd to 500gig and get a bigger hdd should help budget alot Another thing worth looking into is to get 2x 250gig ssds and put them in raid0 (stripped) which will increase peformance

    uninstall all unnecessary motherboard software there was a asus motherboard software that cause same issue for me carnt remember the name of the software that caused it
