  1. I don't particularly mind the grey, but i just want some other colour on the tubes rather that just black.
  2. Yeah, i was just going to buy some white tubing and wrap it around the H100i Tubes because i would like white tubes but ideas i've seen, such as the wrapping tape around it, i feel like i would mess it up and make it look awful. I though that wrapping the tubes in more tubing would be a good idea and this is why i posted to see if anyone knew the tube dimensions anything to do with disassembling it, to me, would be more of a pain than it is worth so i agree with not liking the paint idea personally
  3. Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone could tell me the diameter of the h100i gtx pipes? The reason is because i have a idea to wrap the pipes in some white tubing to go along with the colour scheme of my setup Thanks
  4. Hey guys! Just want to let you know that there is a "virus" that is with a popular program called Bittorrent. This a bitcoin miner that bittorrent have implemented with a recent update that uses your GPU to mine them bitcoins The way to get rid of it is uninstalling bittorent. There is another thread by @deardevildude that explains his issues with this and what he has been through with this he said that his GPU usage was at 95% constantly and after uninstalling Bittorrent it went down to "normal usage" which is around nothing until gaming He also still has uTorrent installed and that is causing no issue, i too also have uTorrent but i do not have this issue Hope this helps you guys Thanks, Edit: atleast i think it was in a recent update, not too sure how long this has been around for
  5. yeah, as long it's not like fro too long like you said, i would not suggest playing intensive games such as Battlefield or something because that could be bad
  6. i'd say more towards the bad side, because that is quite hot.. Edit: According to the intel website, the recommended maximum temperature is 74 Degrees http://ark.intel.com/products/80807/Intel-Core-i7-4790K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4_40-GHz Apparently http://gyazo.com/91140f4d0eb58ca826a22b8d72ecfd05 This bit where it says Tcase
  7. ah, you see what that is, is a mistake on my part i meant TPD, as in like, Total Power Draw... I think...
  8. Yes definitely, The TDP of the MSI Lightning 290x is 290w so you are good! And yeah not that much room for upgrades..
  9. I'd recommend the 970 because the 3.5gb of vram issue isn't that much of a concern unless the games are ultra graphics and in a high res... also this page may help a little bit http://gpuboss.com/gpus/Sapphire-Radeon-R9-290X-vs-GIGABYTE-GeForce-GTX-970
  10. this whole time the i3 4150 was the i3 that was being used, but as you have now changed that for the i3 4330, that means that the price would be higher and the pentium would be an even better because it is more expensive and almost 2x the price of the pentium and get's a tiny bit less fps when overclocked...
  11. This is what i mean because the guy who made this is getting a good liquid cooler...
  12. yeah but the guy who made this post (that's now filled with banter!) said he will get a good liquid cooler for overclocking! so that means that the cooler is already considered and the pentium would save money and be overclockable, to a high ghz because ans you said you would need a good cooler to overclock the pentium...
