  1. Ok, thank you all for your help. It's really appreciated. For those who were wondering about the storage. I have a 1TB HDD already.
  2. Hi everyone, I'm building a new Gaming PC and have some problems. My goal is to run The Witcher 3 on recommended requirements: CPU: INTEL CPU Core i7 3770 3,4 GHz or AMD CPU AMD FX-8350 4 GHz GPU: Nvidia GPU GeForce GTX 770 or AMD GPU Radeon R9 290 RAM: 8GB RAM So for this computer I need a CPU, GPU, RAM, motherboard, PSU, monitor, tower (no requirements, don't need to be pretty), speakers (not that important) and if there's still something left a SSD. My build was: GPU: MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G CPU: Intel Core i7-4790 Motherboard: ASRock H97 Anniversary RAM: Corsair DIMM 2x4 GB DDR3-1600 PSU: Sharkoon WPM500 Bronze 500W Tower: Sharkoon VS4-S (had only one 120mm fan, so I added another Sharkoon System Fan Midrange 120mm) Monitor: Samsung S22D300HY 21.5" Speakers: Creative A50 SSD: San Disk SSD 64GB, SATA 6Gb/s And I landed at about 1125 $ Questions to this built: Is the CPU not too good? Do I need for gaming a CPU like that? Could you recommend a different one (and a matching motherboard for it), which is cheaper and is not worse than the Intel Core i7 3770? A friend recommended me a build like this: GPU: MSI GTX 970 Gaming 4G CPU: Intel Xeon E3-1231 v3 Motherboard: ASRock B85M Pro4 RAM: Corsair DIMM 2x4 GB DDR3-1600 PSU: FSP Forton/Source Hyper 500W Sharkoon VS4-S (also with the additional fan) Monitor: Samsung S22D300HY 21.5" Speakers: Creative A50 SSD: San Disk SSD 64GB, SATA 6Gb/s And that ended up being 1055 $ The question for this build: Is the CPU good enough? Is it not worse than the Intel Core i7 3770? Do you have some tips for me? Help would be much appreciated.
