If your looking at either of these cards, keep in mind you can get a 4gb version of the 960, also if yu want to stream or do anything like that, there is Ndivia Shadowplay which is FREE, RELIABLE, AND FAST. -

The DeathAdder is a great choice with the same price as the original, and I find that buttons aren't that useful in CADing

Go for more ram and a better cpu cooler, youd be suprised how much better your performance will get.

Well I play minecraft too and it is not a very demanding game, but you are going to want a low ms response time on it, i would reccomend the BENQ GL2460HM monitor.

The lower the better, but that is not that important, it just helps you see how many watts you are going to need on your power supply, the generaly rule of thumb is to go 50-100 watts above what that says to be safe.
