newtopc reacted to Shiwoon in pc wont boot after i took battery out of mobo ?
Qflash options isn't even working then your only two option is to go to their support (can be found here http://www.gigabyte.us/support-downloads/technical-support.aspx) or buy a new mobo.
Since you've update your bios via their app center...
Also since they've made it, they should know a lot more than we do.
(this is why you should never update your mobo bios if there's nothing wrong with it... there's an old saying "if it aint broke, don't fix it")

usually the cpu is not upgradable... so i dont know if you can even do that BUT you can add an ssd

you could upgrade, but no guarantee it will work. The BIOS has to recognize the CPU, and the odds of it recognizing a different one are slim, unless you know they used the exact same bios in the exact same laptop but had a higher end model with better specs, in which case just go for the highest end laptop CPU they offered and it (Should**) work
Cooling could also be an issue, it may be designed to cool an i3, not a higher end i7. So you may end up throttling which will negate the effects of the upgrade in the first place. Also keep in mind more power = less battery life.
That i3 is still decent, you could put an SSD in there and still have an awesome on-the-go get-stuff-done laptop.

Please check your medication. Thats so out there...
I'm with @ here. You people need to learn basics before commenting like shitbags. Hacking or to "hack" isn't illegal or negative just by that. In 80s and early 90s it meant people who fooled around with computers, coding etc. Currently it refers to people who do DIY stuff or make machines do something completely different from original idea.
The term has taken negative turn because of media and PC gamers. Hacker in PC gaming means someone who uses 3rd party software for personal gain. Or has changed the game code itself for same reason. The actually bad person would be Cracker. Someone who breaks security, DRM or intentionally tries to harm others.
As for OP, don't take half of comments in this thread seriously. People tend to warm up needlesly when pirate-related stuff comes up. Or something that sounds like it. But one thing is correct, learning to hack isn't same as learning PC stuff. On hardware side it teaches you electronics. On software side its basicly coding/programming. If you are into latter more, I suggest checking out demoscene. Thats people who code short software to demonstrate their skill with given perimeters. The hardware side I'm not so into or know that much. You might ask around locally for hackclubs or workshops, maybe people doing stuff with quadcopters. Or search around for forums about making stuff, Arduino and Raspberry Pi.

The worst part about this is how many people assume he meant hacking with negative intent.

So much BS in this thread. You have white hat, black hat and grey hat hackers. The last two don't necessarily do it for moral correct reasons, however white hat hackers do. There is nothing illegal about it as long as you are simply practicing on your own things. Whatever you do after that is your own business entirely. There are a few good guides from Eli the Computer Guy on YouTube. He is fairly knowledgeable about this sort of thing. Dont let others put you off dude, hacking can be a great way to learn about computers, as long as you don't become a script kiddie.

If you want to learn the art of exploitation and SQL injection you must first learn to code. Preferably HTML, JS and PHP. Otherwise no.
