  1. So to make sure i understand 100% what you mean. by overclocking to 165hz i should get better "response time / Input lag" ? //XaZor
  2. Hey Just bought a ASUS ROG Swift PG278QE That out of the box is 144hz, but can be overclocked in the monitor menu to 165hz. But my question is. does it change anything like responsetime/inputlag to active the 165hz overclock? Best regards XaZor^
  3. Hey guys!. Ive really really REALLY looked for at new monitor.. and came to the conclusion that i want a 27" 144hz or higher 1440p TN panel monitor with the fastest responsetime. I already got a Acer XB270HU and a benQ 2411T.. Playing CS on the acer just feels.. delayed.. and i want a TN panel for highly competitive gaming.. and the use the IPS as Twitch/Youtube/Movie monitor. Here comes the problem.. I cant really decide which monitor that should be.. I have tried looking at tftcentral,, and rtings to see and found this. Dell S2716DG Yes its not the best colors and all that jazz for a TN panel.. but its INSANELY fast as i can see. Anyone got this monitor or knows something about it.. OR even know a better (faster responsetime) monitor Best Regards XaZor^
  4. Ay. I've spent 3 days looking to buy a new monitor and i really cant decide which one i should get. Ive navigated down to two monitors that really looks promising. BenQ Zowie XL2546 - 1920x1080 240hz 1ms TN Panel ASUS PG278QR - 2560x1440 165hz 1ms TN Panel I've already got a 27" IPS 2560x1440 144hz monitor but the "input lag" is bugging me. The thing is i really like the 2560x1440 resolution but also want the lowest inputlag. So do you guys have any idea or tried these monitors yourself? maybe wanna give a quick comment on thoughts on these monitors. I mainly play FPS games (CS:GO) and abit Rocket league. And then some chill games like WoW. I've tried to search on blurbusters and those kind of sites but there is no review on the "QR" edition of the ASUS monitor, only the IPS panel one which im not really looking to buy anyway. Both monitors are not cheap at all. And thats why i ask here if anyone know something i should know too before i spent alot of money.. Best Regards XaZor^
  5. Ay. a year ago i bought a Yamaha MG10XU for my Rode Procaster microphone. It works fine and all that. (with a Art TubeMP inbetween) But!. im looking into getting a pair of Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro 250 Ohm. And in that case i want it to run trough my mixer. i got a Audio Technica MX50 headset that i use for monitoring my mic(not useing in general, just when i change something on the mic which happens once a year) anyway. The thing is. ive tried to set it up so that my computer sound goes to the headset. and the mic goes to the PC all trough the mixer. The problem i face is that when i can hear the music from youtube or whatever in the headset.. and the mic works.. my mates on teamspeak and discord can hear everything i hear.. even themself. Its like its only 1 line where ALL sound goes trough. Do i need to get a DAC for my headset alone and plug that into the PC via USB or can i actully use my mixer for what i try to do here? best regards
  6. Ay people!.. i got a problem.. ive ordered a Elgato HD 60 Pro Capture Card for my PC to stream from so my CPU can chill and do what its ment to do.. (give me lots of FPS). BUT!.. i run a 144hz BenQ 2411T.. and i wanna keep these 144hz for games.. so i thought.. could i just put the HDMI from my Graphics card into the Capture card and keep my DVI cable in also? so i see from the DVI and the capture card takes from the HDMI? or do i need a dvi splitter and a DVI to HDMI adapter? Best Regards and thanks in advance.. XaZor^
  7. Hey. I wanna hear if anyone knows if i use a hdmi to display port coverter and still cotinue keeping my 144hz on my monitor Acer Predator XB270HU Considering getting the avermedia c985 to stream but if i cant keep my 144 Hz then its useless to me
  8. Tried looking into some danish site, but it dosnt say anything about HBR2 only that it supports 4k 60hz.. but thats not what i need.
  9. That could be it.. do you have a name on a cable of good quality that can do the magic?
  10. When i disconnected the 2nd monitor it worked.. but isnt there a way to get it working anyway?. I use my 2nd screen to watch chat when i stream and watch streams on. else i just force games to 144hz and let it be 60hz on desktop.
  11. Sorry for double post.. This is what happens.. https://gyazo.com/96bb0dc3c5316ce831cb71afac2ef992 1920x1280 144hz = No Problems. 2560x1440 60hz = No Problems. 2560x1440 144hz = Changes back to 1920x1280...
  12. Okay. well. it turns out that i fooled myself.. ive been changeing the "review" not the actual hz.. Now it worked.. doooh been playing CS GO in the mindset thinking i played on 144hz.. i didnt.. LOL. Well now i got another problem.. i changed the resolution to 1920x1280.. but now i cant change it back to native 2560x1440.. it simply wont let me... not even 60 hz as it was before.. ----EDIT-- Something is wierd... cant make it 144hz on native resolution... it simply wont.. <.<
  13. Ayy. I've had this monitor for some time and i was looking into brightness settings on the monitor and it said it was running 60hz tho i got 144hz in Nvidea control panel.. which one to belive? I searched abit and this picture it says "144hz" My says 60hz. http://www.tftcentral.co.uk/images/acer_xb270hu/IMG_0293.JPG and i got no clue what to do, to make it say 144hz, if that even matter. does it? Best Regards XaZor^
