I personally don’t care about LMG as a workplace specifically. Yet I try to avoid shit companies in general. I think it just is so hypocritical if you pretend to care so much about this specific case, when otherwise you don’t give a rats ass. I know toxic workplaces from by now years of experience. You can try to change them or quit.

If you want to change the status quo, start pointing out, when things make you feel uncomfortable. if you want to help Madison, help her getting legal assistance.

As I said, some people are only here for the drama. What is you goal other then telling them, that they are wrong? What would you want them to do or change? 100 mio for a company is not tiny, but far from big. I have seen companies from 0 to being sold for 100 mio in less then a year.

If that would happen often, probably not too many companies would work with them anymore. So it still seems we make something bigger out of a single incident with Billet, than it probably should be. The test accuracy and Madison situation are different topics. The former has a bad taste, as GN recently invested a lot in testing equipment, which directly competes with LTT Labs. You are missing the point. Also was it really not? Average GN videos make 200-300k view The video after the drama is at 1.9 Million i.e. almost 10x as much.

If you think you are just hurting Linus personally by canceling your subscriptions, you might soon be proven to be very wrong. The first thing that will happen, when revenues plummet is that people will be let go. LMG is a business with ~100 people, not just Linus.

That recording is not new in any way, but already has been shared and discussed publicly before. Someone is trying to make up a story/drama here again.

The IT / Software industry from my personal experience is sexiest and there is plenty of things to do about it. Posting about it on one of the currently probably most misogynistic platforms of self promoters is not the first thing that comes to my mind. Also there is history to this all and there was outrage and drama already when she decided to leave.
