Do you think that I would have more lag on wifi that could affect gaming?

Hey guys, I have a gaming PC that I recently hooked up via TP link powerline, as the router is across the house. The Powerline is an older model, but is rated at 500mb/s. I am using a brand new xfinity gateway, and am able to achieve 500mb/s download on wifi, but I am only able to achieve 38-40mb/s on my PC. I am using cat5 ethernet cables, and an MSI Z97S SLI PLUS motherboard. I would like to troubleshoot the problem, but I do not have a device that I can plug in to test the connection, nor can I move the computer. Is it possible that the electrical lines in the house could cause a bottleneck? The house was built about 15 years ago. Thanks, E

My father asked for a pair of nice, quality sounding headphones to use when listening to music on his phone and laptop for the holidays. Keep in mind he he currently uses old apple headphones (not even earpods), and does not want earbuds as he finds they often fall out. Is there a good quality, wired pair of headphones with moderate highs, while not "bass boosted" that he may enjoy around the $70 usd price point? I was looking into the HD429's but they are no longer available it seems, and the 30x's have such a long cord... Thanks, Ethan

its true its cosmetic, but I spoke with a body shop owner who is a friend of mine, and he and I are both worried the crack in the bumper is going to spread with no support, and a drifters stitch is not a possibility as it would have to be bonded to metal. The problem is that half of the bumper has a possibility of breaking off in the long run, at which time I will have to end up replacing it.

well than THATS a problem with YOUR parenting, there is no reason for someone to pay to fix someone elses mistake if it is not their responsibility to do so

This does not address the fact that she has been rather ignorant in her driving. I might add, someone very lightly rear ended her car (BMW 3 series) and drove off, and she will need a new bumper ($1500+) and her bumper was also damaged slightly by hitting my car, but this does not matter as HER bumper is being replaced regardless.

I have to agree with this. I am going to again confront her, explaining that I am looking into the repair of the bumper, as the crunch barrier has started to go in, and it may eventually need to be replaced, in which time I AM NOT going to pay for it.

This is a good idea, its just the fact is, it is unlikely it will happen again if I have enough space to park in the garage....

I have, and none of them have ANY parts for 2009-12 corollas I also checked ebay and I can get one, but it will only about $20 less than a new one painted. We don't have many junk yards here, and getting the right color will be difficult too

True, I told her about it, and she said "oh". I guess im just hoping she will learn to be more careful when she is parking, opening doors, and backing out so she does not damage my car in the future. A crack was made as a result of her hitting the bumper, and I will eventually need to get it replaced, at a cost of $200-250, which I can afford, but I would rather not have to pay for.

I don't, im 16 and instead of paying rent I do the maintenance on her car, as well as pay for the internet.

So my mom and dad are separated, and my dad pays for insurance on my 2010 Corolla. My mom lets me park in the garage, and often huts my car with her door(another story), and she also parks very close to the center of the driveway, over the middle, making it hard for me to pull in, and this is partly due to her not thinking and being aware of herself as she backs out. I came home from work last night, opened the driveway to see that she parked so close there was no space for my car, and i did not feel like moving her car, so I parked in the driveway, assuming that if she needed to move my car in the morning, my keys would be on the counter, and I would probably be up by then anyway. So I come outside this morning and my car has a large scrape on the front bumper, so she must have scraped it. Should I ask her for money for the damages? Btw I own my car She is generally not very careful, as she left a mark on my door from her car, which I then asked her to pay for supplies for me to remove. Thanks for your guys's help.

I have a dash cam, and I need a USB extension cable, 8-10 feet, but the cable I ordered from amazon (amazon basics one), its cable is too thick to route under the lining of my car, and I cant seem to tell from the pictures online of other ones, weather they have thinner cables. I need one with a cable about the thickness of an apple lightning cable. Thanks
