  1. Gtx 980, 4690k. Liquid cooled cpu, latest drivers. I'll check temps tomorrow, probably not the problem, there must be something wrong with the client
  2. I played battlefront on my pc last week, it played smooth as butter. came back from my cabin, played some more, still smooth. then suddenly it started lagging like crazy and the audio got all wierd. I get the same problem on all resolutions. It plays fine on other games like bf4 though... Same thing happens to my brother on his PC
  3. It restarts whilst in the bios, so I think that would be unneccesary, right?
  4. No, i only get a blue screen that says my pc didnt restart properly and gives me some options to choose from like booting from an usbAfter a couple of restarts it takes me to a screen that gives me options to reinstall from usb and such, I can continue into windows from this screen
  5. Wen I boot my PC it takes anywhere from instant to 5 minuites before my pc restarts without any notice. I've changed out my motherboard, and shorted the pwr pins to make sure my panel connectors arent the problem, the cpu is not overheating and ive reinstalled windows. How can I find the part thats creating this problem? Does windows have any log I can acces? To see if the psu shuts off. Thanks
  6. My pc reboots randomly when idling or gaming, does t matter, after 5-15 minuites it will randomly reboot without a warning, and so on untill I get a blue screen (not bluescreen) that gives me options to recover or continue to windows 10. I have reinsalled windows and unchecked the "automatic reboot" box. Some times it takes the computer upto 30 seconds to reboot again while the powerbutton remains useless. I dont know what do to.
  7. Im just returning the mobo, i see no reason why it would be the cpu
  8. It did`nt work in the first place, I only got it running once after several attempts. It used to heat up to like 80C for no apparent reason and now its just dead. tested outside the case and inside the case. the sound comes from the psu itself
  9. My system wont post or anything. I fist suspected the psu, since it made a low buzzing noise.I got a new psu and the problem still occurs, however, the sound stops when im holding in the clear cmos button on the motherboard, does this mean the motherbard is the issue? Bonus question, will case and cpu fans spin if the cpu is dead?
  10. I repeat, Ive tried with 2 psu`s. Cx600 m. Do I need to manually set voltage or something?
  11. This is my third build, I`ve done no mistakes in regard to cables
  12. I`ve recently put together a new build that does not post, no fans spinning no nothing, so i Returned my psu and tried agan with the new one, same thing happened, no signs of life when manually shorting the power-pins. When the PSU is plugged into the wall and turned on my motherboard gets really really hot, so warm that I cant keep my finger on it for more than 2 seconds. I`ve tried both inside and outside the case if that matters. The psu fan doesnt spin either.
