matthewmarchant reacted to Peter Vaughan Truslow in gpu for slin case with 240w power supply
this is what I use in my HTPC and it's pretty great, tops out at 80C, which is safe, in a almost fanless case. it's passive which makes the system dead silent

There are tons of custom cable websites but I use bitfenix alchemy. (I don't recommend the nzxt sleeved cables) You will probobly need: 1x 20+4 pin/24pin, 1x 8pin/4+4pin mobo power, 1-2x 8pin or 6pin gpu connectors. and you can get sata power, or sata cables aswell if you want them but I dont think it's necessary

matthewmarchant reacted to CalebTheEternal in How much watts do I need?
I have the NZXT H440 which has decent cable management and I have a semi modular PSU and hmm.. It's uh.. Awful to say the least. From the window you can see all of the hard drive cables and everything. The back panel barely goes on, I have to push on it with my body while sliding it on to get it to go on and then keep the pressure while I put on the screws lmao the panel is even bent now.

Not really. Maybe once it is perfected a little bit more.

I'd say a 550-600w to give a little bit of wiggle room.

Yeah and the case width smaller than my hand. And my hands are small.... So there is little-no way to upgrade it in anyway.

Seeing how demanding the screenshots have looked for 60 FPS you'll be around medium-high at 1080p no AA
