    As a basic rule of thumb:
    Z= ability to easy oc from Bios via multiplier
    H= ability to oc restricted, suitable when you intend to keep the cpu at stock.
     
    Also, as another rule for intel cpu's:
    If the cpu ends in "K" (ex. 4690K) get a Z motherboard
    If CPU end in S, T or no letter (ex. 4690S or 4690) get a H motherboard.
