    Streaming is usually up to your connection(mostly your upload speed). You could run in some issues like lagging once in a while depending on the game.

    Lol wut? AMD has poor single thread performance compared to Intel atm. Download MSI afterburner and monitor your GPU usage and CPU usage under load(gaming). And then post your results over here by quoting us.

    You don't need to have an unlocked multiplier with Skylake. Basically you are bumping the BCLK and not raising the multiplier. Also this feature is only available for z170 mobos.

    6400 by far, the 8350 is so old that it reminds me of my Junior High School years. Also, the overclock that you would get is....... Nothing. It's all up to the silicon lottery. You will also need a z170 board to overclock these chips.

    They were known to have problems with their coolers in AMD cards in the past. I also don't like their coolers much so, meh. The final choice is yours to take.

    CF gives you more performance than a single card sometimes, but a Fury will surpass double 380x by far, you will also not have to bother with higher temperatures and XFire support by the games(it happens a lot). It will also require less power. Quote people so they see what you answered.

    Take it from someone that uses an i3 for a gaming PC, it's more than enough for these tasks. I can play MGSV, have chrome open with 10+ tabs and my PC is still working buttery smooth. Also, let the 8GB there, if she is a tab fiend like myself she will adore those 8GBs.
