I got a problem with my pc.
sometimes the pc won't start.
it's doing a boot loop Start\Stop\Start\Stop.
and won't turn on.
I thought that was the PSU doing the problem so i replaced it with another one i got at home.
now I got a strange problem, my pc doesn't respond to the power switch. I tried to short the green wire and the PSU start spining.
but got no response from CPU and GPU(CPU fan not spinning)
maybe it's the MOBO making all my problems?

Graphics card: Asus GTX 750TI
Ram: 8GB 1333
