Codeacademy and other online sources are barely half the equivalent of Programming 101 at a decent university. If you really want to learn how to use a language you need a series of good books, such as madknight linked above. There are a lot of good resources online as well, of course, but codeacademy-type sites aren't really among them.

Murach's Java Programming. Buy that book. Either do that or take an online course from a local community college or something. 

There really is no best solution online. What language do you want to learn. Just buy a book of amazon, read every single word and do every single exercise. 

Update 8: CPU cooler
 
This week I was working on the CPU cooler. To drill the long holes this time I sprayed WD-40 from time time on the drill. It works fine and the holes are much smother now.
The WD-40 evaporated quickly due to the heat and it's highly flammable but luckily it didn't caught fire.

Sadly the cooling performance isn't acceptable. Yes it's 32°C in my room rigth now, but during stress test the CPU reaches 99°C after 15 minutes and during gaming it's 70°. The big heat sink isn't to blame because it stays relatively cool. I assume the CPU block isn't making proper contact to the heat pipes since the block on the CPU is hot and the block on the heat sink is only lukewarm.
 
I found a new Zalman FX70 for only 40$ so I will mount it on top of the copper block to get rid of ~20 - 30 watts. Also I will redo the CPU block mounting.
 
Also some personal thougths: The mounting force for the CPU cooler is extreme. First I used some normal springs to hold the block down. It didn't work and the past wasn't spread from the preasure. Then I used some leftover springs from an other CPU cooler. They are very hard to squeeze and the force on the CPU is considerable. But it looks like it is desinged for that and fine.

It could just be a driver issue. You should post more details ... like what laptop you are using. What Wifi card. What OS. What driver version ....

Yes. Get the TPLink powerline kit. I use their routers and wifi cards and have worked really well for me. They also have a pretty much 5 star rating on amazon.

I used this before. Can't go wrong with it. 

I would skip the liquid cooler and spend the 100 dollars on a much better video card. I would also get a cooler master silenco 352 for 69 dollars and spend the left over money on a better an even better video card. 
 
Do you need that motherboard as well. Seems like an over kill.

I would recommend a laptop for something like they, because if processing power isn't an issue. The portability will be nice
