  1. I doubt you will get 1TB of SSD storage for 250 pounds within 1 year. More like 2 years.
  2. You should never go tri fire for a couple of reasons. 1. CFX isn't optimized very well and microstuttering will make the experience bad. 2. The performance benefit in terms of scaling is so small after the second card that it's not worth the money. 3. Any mainstream board will have trouble running 3 way SLI or tri fire since it only has 16 PCIe lanes.(So if it's a tri fire it will be 4x 4x 4x. (very low bandwidth))
  3. Ok, it's been 2 1/2 business days and still no response from Corsair... I've posted on the Corsair forums as @Ghost has suggested.
  4. Get new RAM and test it. you can always return the RAM if that doesn't work.
  5. Not trying to bring this down or anything but isn't this basically just taking battery, switch and laser module and wiring them together?
  6. I bought it online, and corsair products always come with these notices saying DO NOT RETURN TO RETAILER IF BROKEN! CONTACT CORSAIR etc...
  7. And what are the chances I will get accepted at all ?
  8. My guess is your motherboard isn't compatible with your RAM. Check here if your RAM is listed RAM compatibility list . If it is compatible, try and change out your PSU. And take out your GPU during the testing to avoid breaking that too. Best of luck, keep us updated. EDIT: Have you tried pressing the RESET button yet?
  9. Hello, My H100i broke yesterday so I have filled the form to request an RMA from corsair. However I have some questions. 1. How probable is it that Corsair will actually accept the fact that their product is broken and send me a new one in return for my broken one? 2. How long will it take (I' m considering buying a cheap air cooler in the meanwhile since the Intel stock heat sink gives me absolutely unsatisfactory temperatures 85 in game)
  10. The only problem that would occur to me would be the fact that the french AZERTY has different keys for all the numbers and also for ?!,<>:;' "+=-_
  11. If you do not increase any voltages it doesn't matter since the system won't consume any more power than without the overclock. And the 100% are often plenty even with overclocking. My GPU is fed 375W and it rarely goes above 60% power usage.
  12. btw, memory clock is most of the time only for bragging. What really brings more performance is usually the core clock.
  13. Stock. Don't want to fry it since memory automatically increases its voltages afaik.
  14. BF3 is very sensitive to overclocks because of sloppy programming and not being optimized very much. My 770 also turned out stable under benchmarks but not under BF3. As a general rule, games are better for testing an overclock than benchmarks since benchmarks ARE optimized very much.
  15. Hello, My mum who owns a Samsung duos phone has recently complained that her phone disconnects from our WiFi although the setting tells it to not do so when going into sleep mode. This means that she has to reenter the password after every time she puts the phone to sleep. Anyone have experience on how to fix this issue?
  16. Hello, When I first started folding, the protein viewer allowed me to see what my GPU and CPU were working on. However now there is nothing when I fold which makes me suspicious if F@H client is actually using my PC power to fold or to do other things that I am not aware and therefore do not support?! Please help !
  17. By saying that they teach all 10 year olds how to shoot RPGs.
  18. I have a friend on steam with a socket 1366. A sabertooth X58 paired with some i7.
  19. I like my Hero but already felt like I was wasting a little money. Meanwhile the Formula is purely for aesthetics imo while it has some nice/useless features.
  20. I still don't really like the idea of buying something that will be "outdated" in a month or even less. We will have to let the OP decide !
  21. Wait for IvyBridge E. No need to rush with such a high end build when new CPUs are around the corner.
  22. lol people actually use the integrated fan controller on that thing ? I use the corsair link only to control my fans.
  23. My interpretation is that the kid was maybe fascinated by the game and after pretended to be a "real hero" and pretended to shoot someone in this case his grandmother, not knowing the weapon was loaded. In which case the blame goes to the parents or grandparents for letting the 8 year old have access to a firearm.
