Firs of all sorry mods, i'm in a rush and a bit of panic, if this is the wrong place then please move this thread to the correct section with that out of the way, I just dropped one of my MSI M.2 Heatsink screw. I looked all over the place and i intend to search again tomorrow morning But for now i said, to hell with it, and continue to boot to window. Right now i'm still booting using my old SSD Sata and just format the NVME SSD drive so currently its sitting empty 1. I would like to install windows in the M.2, how will this affect the temperature? Currently the heatsink looked in place, just 1 screw on it. 2. you know the retainer thing that secure GPU, yea that broke by accident This is not my MOBO, just a screenshot online but i'm just talking about the retention PIN will this affect my GPU in terms of saggin in any way? currently its looking fine and secure, i think. I had 3 screws holding my GPU at the back. I hope that is enough. Btw i'm just using MSI ventus 2x if that helps. Its not big or heavy, i'm hoping its ok

well selling seems the way to go, i really can't do anything about it Case is Cooler Master 690 III https://www.coolermaster.com/catalog/legacy-products/cases/cm693/ Since they pretty much more or less the same, I prefer decent one that is easier to install. Hate to say but Hyper 212 definitely a pain in the butt to install

Hey guys So i got my hands on these already https://pcpartpicker.com/user/RyomaSJibenG/saved/vnzBcf and was about to start building. Thing is back in 2015, i bought a cpu cooler Hyper 212x. It serves me well and still using it now. Today, I was looking at the hyper 212x box and its manual and i realize it doesn't say AM4 in it (duhh AM4 doesn't exist yet). 1. Will it fit the AM4 slot by default? 2. or do i need to get https://store.coolermaster.com/us/hyper-212-evo-acessories-kit This in order for it to work? 3. Any other cheap Air cooler alternative? If possible i really would love to just re-use the hyper 212x because i don't feel like buying another cooler since you know, i already have one

I just format my PC, somehow file explorer aren't changing to dark theme. I already change theme there from light to dark and even restart the PC doesn't work Any ideas?

i already have a wifi card its just that i don't have bluetooth capabilites to use my headphone and controller. perhaps i should go for B550 Master instead. No, i don't want to buy a bluetooth stick, I tried it before and the sound does not sync with the video due to delay

I'm not quite sure on x570 or x550, because sometimes i can find bundles of cpu + x570 mobo cheaper than the x550 bundle. Though i think x570 is always the better option. Thoughts? 2. GPU side of things, on one hand 5700/5700xt is cheaper here which can be found below RM2k for PowerColor and RM2kish for Sapphire while an RTX 2070 can reach up to RM3k and above. but on the other hand 5700 although i heard good things about AMD team already patching up most of the issue, there are still chances that it will break. 3. i will be reusing the Hyperx 212, the same case and fans and hopefully PSU now i'm getting a big concern on PSU side of things.
