I used to be able to control all of the fans in my system to make it almost silent if I was not doing anything heavy, but now several programs are reporting that the maximum is 2327 and the minimum is 2319 (RPM). BTW I am using an H80i with the fans plugged into the corsair controller. Thanks

Anyone have any idea what's causing the issue?

That was going to be my next upgrade...

I recently had a power outage while I was using my PC. The computer shut off and then turned back on, it POSTed and asked if I wanted to boot into windows normally and then .5 seconds later went black. It then started the loop again and did not stop until I shut it off. I am able to boot into the BIOS, but attempting to go into the advanced settings results in a black screen and nothing happens. I figured it was a bios issue, so I loaded up the most recent version on a thumbdrive, booted off of the support disk that came with my mother board, but after maybe 5 seconds of ISOLINUX running, it stops doing anything, The cursor still blinks, but the disk stops spinning and nothing happens. Any help is appreciated.

The exact one is in the pcpartpicker link I just added I already own the 8359, why do you ask?

Sorry it should be in my profile. I'll add my pcpartpicker list.

I am getting a new mobo for my 8350 and I'm not sure my 500 watt is enough for that and my 260x especially if I want to overclock. This is my current build: http://pcpartpicker.com/list/cy7srH But I am planning on switching to the 8350 with this motherboard

Picking a motherboard for my CPU
bean710 replied to bean710's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
The thing with this motherboard is that it needs a lot of airflow especially because I am water cooling the cpu. I've been checking out this case just because I need an atx case and my toes is hidden anyway. Will I have enough airflow and room for my heatsink from my h80i?- 10 replies

Yes that is true. What I meant was a board that could handle it. Apologies for the confusion.- 10 replies

I recently received an FX 8350 AS a gift and I am having trouble picking a motherboard. I have an H80i I can use for cooling, so a board that can handle overclocking would be nice. I also have about $70 in Amazon gift cards that I would like to put toward this and beyond that I don't want to spend more than 40 more dollars. Aside from that I have no other specifications. Thanks for your help!

Javascript input to show a specific image
bean710 replied to WannaBeeComputerGeek's topic in Programming
First off, If you are going to put that much code straight up in a post, please use the code tags, also a spoiler would be much appreciated. Secondly, this question is very in-depth and is almost impossible to explain without doing it for you. I suggest you follow some tutorials on web development, because this is some pretty basic stuff. A great resource is codecademy.com. To actually answer your question, you should look into using JQuery. JQuery allows you to link your HTML code to your JavaScript, enabling you to use simple switch statements to achieve your goal.
