  1. Why are there ads on older videos? I was looking at the videos that LTT has uploaded and watched a few older ones (more then a few weeks) and they all flash a 5 second ad, WTF? I thought the point behind this video platform was to give people ad free early access to the content at a price?

  3. Is anyone else not able to log in on the desktop site? I created my account on my phone this morning and when I open the page on my PC and click the "Log In" link in the upper right it opens the create new account window and there is not an option for "I already have an account" or something like that. I would love to watch the videos the LTT uploaded but the site so far is a huge pile of crap. *****Update... The "Log In" button is now working I just went back and tried it, not sure what the issue was.***** I watched a few videos and the site is awful IMO the videos take 5 mins to buffer on a 30Mbps connection, and as other members have pointed out the audio it really bad, it jitters and cuts in and out while the video is still playing, what makes them (Vessel) think this service is worth any amount of money? I'm going to give it some more time over the next week or so but my initial impression is that the site is a huge mess.
  4. I totally agree for 3 devices (2 of these cable) its a great idea but any more then that and you risk damage to the USB ports.
  5. I was looking at stuff on KickStarter and found this fairly neat USB cable concept, what do you guys think? I think if the micro USB and the female USB are around $10 each for the final product I'd buy two or three of them just for my old Sony laptop that has 3 total USB ports but 2 of them have failed over the last 6 years. I use the laptop to little to justify buying a new one. But if I want to move data between 2 external drives while using the laptop, I need to move the data to the local drive first then swap external drives for the final move, and that's just one of the situations I would like to have something like this for. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/668098663/infiniteusb-one-usb-port-unlimited-devices
  6. Hey everyone, this is my first post sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this question, and if it is could you point me in the right direction? I'm thinking about getting a Raspberry Pi and using it for a old school gaming system (Sega, NES, SNES, N64, and some newer-ish stuff like PSX and PS2) does anyone have experience with setting up a Raspberry Pi to emulate games? If so I have some questions that I hope someone can answer. 1. What Linux distribution works the best for a setup like this? 2. What is a good emulator? 3. What are some good sites to get roms? 4. What would do you suggest for a controller? Thanks in advance for any and all help.
