    Just going to update this for the sake of it.
     
    Got it working, Kinda mad how dumb the fix was.
     
    Install the drivers then reboot, then installed the drivers again.
     
    Saw it on another forum.... weird but works

    You could clone the HDD to the SSD assuming you have enough space on the target disk. I think... i haven’t done it in ages but windows is bound to the motherboard of the laptop meaning that you can reinstall windows from a USB (you can make one of these using a download from Microsoft) then it will self-activate.
    As for the Office licence that should be linked with your Microsoft account so you would be able to reactivate it by signing in once you have reinstalled it.

    The ram is stable ive used it for about a year in a diffrent system so i cant think that would be an issue if so why would it only trigger when im running in crossfire?

    Alright so I'm looking to upgrade my rig but need help. What what give me mire performance two msi r9 290x lightning, 7990 or wait for the new range my budget is £600 what would you suggest?
