What is going on???
I have an issue at work. I bought a lenovo ultra book with win 8.1 preinstalled and a license of windows 8.1 pro with dvd. I formatted the hard drive and installed win 8.1 pro but it didn't ask me for key and windows were activated automatically and the version didnt change to pro . If I change the product key will the version change to pro too and how can I change it as it doesn to show the "change product key" in system?
So you suggest not to use vpn? I download torrents for many years but I force encryption in utorrent client. But popcorn time doesn't have such option that's why I thought of a vpn service.

Can you suggest me a torrent friendly and free vpn???
Trying to make popcorn time work behind a vpn but it doesn't. Already tried cyberghost free vpn and hotspot shield proxy.
You can install a second fan but the difference in temps won't be more than 2.0 °C on average.

This happens generally in push/pull.
I saw in this review that it has only one pair of fan clips so if you want to add a second fan you need to buy another pair of fan clips, maybe you can order them directly from be quiet.
Go with the phanteks!
I see different prices on newegg(just take a look):

Here are some temp results of pure rock.
I believe that be quiet is better in quality and noise levels than 212. Here is a review: https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/beQuiet/Pure_Rock/7.html
I own a dark rock 3 and I love it!
In your place I would make all "VS" searches in google between the coolers I am interested in and that are in the price range of your budget.
Take a look at the be quiet cpu coolers!

The last two months plex suffers lagging on my lg smart tv for 1080p mkv files. I use it for 2 years now but didn't have such issues. The only way to stop it is to reduce quality in plex client to 720p. When I tried to watch the film from lg smartshare(through plex server) the lagging converts to buffering and sometimes the film stops because it loses connection to server and I have to reboot the TV. My brother also complaints that when watching movies at his pc from firefox it starts buffering every 20 minutes and he has to refresh the page to resume playing. I believe that it has to do with the latest updates of plex server. I have already port forwarded all executable applicatios in plex server folder in my router and allowed them in eset firewall also.
My rig is powerfull enough for the app(4690k, 16gb ram). Same is my brother's.
Any ideas?
I have the same question and thought that maybe it has to do with permissions. I had read something about permissions while searching for solution.

I asked in microsoft forums and waiting for an answer. I'll post again as soon as they answer me something...
I got a reply today. I cannot try it as I don't have any pc with stuck windows updates right now but if you like you can try and post if it solves the problem. So download and install KB3245739.
32 bit version: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=51857
64 bit version: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=51853
Start Windows Update
Hope it works!!!!!
I left it all night with no success. Maybe the first updating installed something that created the second updating problem.
