go for CXM, the masterwatt is a single rail which isnt really that great but the protection worked fine from 1 reviewer which i dont really trust because i always search for more reviews. CXM is already a solid PSU.

I'd go with cooler master, they're a more reputable brand with better customer service but they're both cheap enough so neither will be the great quality so I'd recommend saving your money for a better individual mouse and keyboard unless you really need it. Hope this helps.

Get the Tomahawk. In my country, they're very close in price, the MSI one is a bit more expensive though. GB is fine, but for OC-ing, the MSI has very good capabilities, and their UEFI is simple and user-friendly.

The Tomahawk is the better board without a doubt, although either one will hold up just fine with a 2600..

IPC is actually rather similar, and the 8400 has such low clocks that it doesn't beat Ryzen

Are your prices in USD? 2600 should be cheaper build.

Oh ok. In that case I still recommend Ryzen because the gameplay experience will be relatively the same and you'll get 6 core 12 thread vs 6 core only. 

if your ONLY going for gaming, have no interest ever in recording gameplay or streaming, the 8400 will probably be a bit bettter because of its higher IPC. the r5 2600 is a bit cheaper though, and the motherboards are usually cheaper as well, which would let you be able to afford the 16GB of RAM, and maybe a better PSU (550-650W gold rated PSU if you can) and it will still be more than enough for what you need and not really tons different than the 8400 performance in gaming.

The Corsair HS50 is also pretty popular for 50$ but if you want only between your choices then the Cloud Stinger.

I would choose the HyperX Cloud Stinger for sure, it's a headset that's close to the original HyperX Cloud first iteration.

i want to ask can i run a headphone with a separate mic and audio jacks like logetich g230 with a 3.5 mm splitter  like this ? 
with it can i use the mic and hear the audio from the Dual Shock 4 ?

Most likely what they are saying is you get the "Last Of Us" And then you get the DLC(Downloadable content). So yes you get the full game and an Add-on.

That cpu and gpu will work fine together and the psu is enough aswell.

Skylake is due in Q3 2015, so that is July a month or two later, so I say wait for that as it should be 15-25% faster than Haswell.  it's so close, so it can't hurt to hold out a bit.

the i5 4690k is the absolute best you can get for gaming....
 
anything more expensive is a 100% waste... the i7`s and theis stupid hyperthreading do the same exact fps...or can even have lower fps, yes there are tests that show this on techpowerup.com
 
 
id actually argue that if you get the cheapest haswell i5 and the cheapest mobo to hold it you are losing only 2-3% in fps compared to that top i5
if you are NOT overclocking - thats what you should get

go for the cheapest board that suit your needs(front usb3.0,rams slots,sata ports). other than that not much to look for couse the performance is the same even on the cheapest h81 board
