Mnpctech got a reaction from Whaler_99 in Primochill Vue Settling & Clogging my tubes, reservoir & CPU/GPU blocks
I've been warned by fellow retailers to stay away from using or selling Primochill VUE, due to customer complaints about clogging and separation of the components in the liquid.

Mnpctech reacted to W-L in Cheap riser or expensive riser for vertical GPU mod?
Go for the proper shielded one if you run into issues with interference it's more of a hassle than it's worth.

Yes thermals are trash stock. You can buy a custom front panel for it from @Mnpctech which I did and it helped tremendously.

Here is another option from @ModMyMods-Brennen as well. I have the top one vent for mine of this.

Those look very helpful. Though at that price I may just sell the case and buy a new one.

Killer transformation and I didn't realize I was an inspiration to you!
Making parts full time has taken away my time from making those build videos, but I try to live stream once a week on my channel to give other builders their chance to be featured, :-)

Mnpctech reacted to W-L in help finding pc power button facades
You don't need to solder those you can get crimps for existing front panel connector cables, or go with ones that use screw terminals.

Mnpctech reacted to W-L in Crashing System with PCIE Risers
You need proper shielded PCI-E extender such as these, due to interference or signal loss it can cause issues with instability.

Mnpctech reacted to itsmyjobtoknow in [Build Log] itsmyjobtoknow's Personal Rig Update v3 | i7-6850K | RX Vega 64 | mATX Custom Loop (Finished)
[01/04/17]
Haven't gotten around updating the build log. But the system is essentially built and operational.
Had several issues for the first couple of days with the system:
- the PCI-E SSD was being picky with what slot it was plugged into
- the motherboard will halt during startup because it doesn't detect the keyboard right away
- random crashes due to not enough voltage to the CPU,
- etc.
Have gotten some Aluminum cable comb from MNPCTech but haven't installed it yet.
Watercooling is already in the works, but won't happen until after AMD announces and releases Vega as that is my ideal card to be in the system.
