X99 is tremendously better value for money vs Z170 i7 config. Also, you have a higher amount of PCI Lanes with X99 (28) compared to Z170 (20), which means a greater upgrade path down the road.

Then you will be fine. The arm supports up to 10Kg according to Silverstone. I'm not doing the maths now, but portrait mode might not work if the tv is too wide. Linus did a video on the dual arm version of that monitor arm if you're interested.

Yeah, from what I've seen on the web, some people have ran 40" TVs on Monitor Arms in general. All came down to the weight limit.

Should be good, silverstone are a great brand, and the stand is rated for max 10kg, a 40" TV is pushing it, but sould be supported (make sure your desk is good quality as thats a lot of weight to clamp to it)

Ive never used it or even knew silverstone had a arm mount, but silverstone products are great so as long as your tv/monitor is within spec (weight most likely) then it should be fine

Just contact Corsair and ask them! They will probably ask you to RMA it more than likely! 

You must not report problems with Corsair keyboards. Only Razer keyboards break.

also, just a note, link really really doesnt like the led in the h100i.  all sorts of bugs.
