It will be very sufficient for any gaming at 1080p max settings.
 
An R9 290 (even non-X) paired with a good processor is capable of maxing 1080p titles.
 
My R9 380 4GB (Windforce) is able to run 1080p games maxed, and my CPU sucks. So I would imagine a card that performs better, paired with a better CPU and more RAM, would do just fine.

I don't recommend wireless streaming to a display, especially a TV, because they have a lot of input lag as it is, and using wireless methods will only increase that amount of latency between your PC drawing a frame, and it being sent over WiFi or Bluetooth to your TV, where the TV will take quite a long time to process the image and then display it on the screen. My estimation for latency times using a fairly modern LCD TV:

I think that the reason there's a lot of hate is because recently we found out that they are rebadging the 7000 series again, this will be stage 2 of this. But the GPUs are still really good, and I can totally see why people are hating over the rebadge thing, Nvidia doesn't do it. But with the release of the new generations it's not just the exact same card as before...They add more stream processors and they have the core clock set a bit higher, and this time around the 390 and 390X variants will both feature 8GB of memory. But maybe AMD rebranded for a reason, because the Fury X is supposed to boast Titan X performance at a dramatically lower price. But with the FX CPU's, I completely understand the hate towards them. They're not really that good, and despite their fast core clock and lots of cores, they really slack in single threaded performance compared to other CPUs. And despite their fast clock, they don't perform near as many calculations per clock as an equivalent Intel CPU. But with the APUs and Athlon series processors, I think those are actually pretty good...I don't see the hate on those.1

There's not really a solution. But what you can do is use those fans you got with a Molex adapter and just plug them into your PSU. They will run at full speed, but if you really want the cooler GPU, then this should be ok for you

$650 for the water cooled version, $550 for the air cooled one.

CPU isn't really a huge bottleneck...unless you do something like a P4 with a GTX 980, but 4590 doesn't bottleneck 295x2 from what I know, so it won't bottleneck 780Ti

I was running inside the right building in Zavod, and RPG guy comes in and explodes, and kills me and 2 other people. We went back, and someone drove the R.U. ATV thing inside with a C4 strapped to it, and killed us again. it was the same person that did the rpg multi kill.
phone was on my desk, and I wanted something to take out my rage in that wasn't the fragile LCD in my monitor. so I picked up my phone and threw it into the TV stand I use. it left a nice mark on the band on the outside of the glass on the stand, and made a loud "bang" noise, but phone was perfectly fine

If you want a bit of a wider screen, so you can do more at once, go 2560x1080. I've seen some awesome ultrawides from LG, that are in the $250-$400 pricepoint. The reason I have 250-400 is because the price in the current market will change with time. Or, if you want crazy sharp text, go 1440p. I don't know the pricing on a good 1440p panel. But if you want to get 2 or maybe 3 cheap but good 1080p panels, go with the Asus VX248H. Mine is a month old, and it was 159.99 on Amazon, but I'm sure it can be had for cheaper elsewhere.
 
My total recommendation is an ultrawide 2560x1080 display. They are wide, so you don't have to use dual monitors to get more done at once, and they have good pixel densities, at least until you get into the 30+ inch range.

It doesn't get slower. As Windows builds up code as time goes on, then your RAM usage will increase quite a bit. This is the reason Windows computers slow down over time. It's not because the hardware is slow and obsolete, it's because the operating system slows down as it builds up extra code. I installed WINXP on a P4 that took 30 minutes to boot previously - it booted in less than 2 mintues post-installation. But back to the question...RAM won't get slower over time.
