  1. Part of me agrees with that. The other part of me wants to see what happens when you feed someone information and give them options. I also have to agree that it is sad that everything is a two party system. I wonder why they just want to ignore it lol (I'm kinda interested in psychology, so I love to know the "why" behind everything)
  2. As someone who is politically active, especially with internet rights, I think one of the first ways of addressing this problem is making sure the public understands, as you said. What I want to figure out is where people start to get confused. Knowing that, we can explain things to them and help them understand.
  3. Will it work? Maybe. Will it work well? Probably not. EVGA, Seasonic, the higher end Corsairs are all nice choices. Or better yet, look at the LTT PSU lost or the one on Tom's hardware
  4. The Phanteks case is probably your best bet.
  5. Just a quick random question about where to find something. A friend of mine was interested in some of animations from the Young Animator Project 2011 (Why that year specifically I have no idea) is there a place to watch all the things from it? Sorry for the silly question.

It's a whole lot better than someone who has never solved that type of issue though

Hey, this is the same person who said the the world was ending. He's a bit of an attention seeker. Only slightly.

Apparently asking some random friend is better than calling the manufacturer.
  9. The face you make when your tech conversation goes like this:

Person: My scanner is having issues. It's giving me error messages and I don't know what to do!

    Me: Call HP?

Person: That's a waste of my time!

      apparently its slow but good

  10. The VS series is an awful PSU. How much do you want to spend?
  11. It also has some of the worst sustained read and write speeds on the market.
  12. I would suggest not planning so far ahead. The tech word changes so quickly. Also, there is no reason to spend 300 USD on that cooler. None at all.
  13. That's really awesome! Thank you for that information.
  14. I'm sure this question has been asked many, many times, but your case caught my eye and I just thought I should ask a quick question. I assume this will use an SFX or SFX-L power supply, or is it something totally different? Thanks for building this awesome looking case and I hope to buy this for college and for my dad.
  15. Hello all! A friend of mine wanted to build his first gaming PC and wanted to know what case he should get. He would like to spend 65 USD or less on this case and will probably end up water cooling his CPU down the line (probably a 240mm rad) He would also like a side panel. The cases he is considered are: Corsair 200R Corsair 100R Corsair 230T Corsair Spec 01/02/03 Inwin 703 Cooler Master MasterBox (The Cheap MasterCase) Zalman Z9 Neo NZXT S340 Are there any others I should look at for him? Thanks!
  16. The non blower will "work" I can't say if it will work well. Unless your power supply is SFX, no. It won't work. (You'll also need a Mini-ITX board)
  17. Well a Yeti is a microphone while the Scarlett is an Audio Interface. They both do different things so it's impossible to compare them.
  18. What kind of sound profile do you like? Bass heavy? Flat? Would you prefer open or closed back? (Pardon for all the questions)
  19. I'll keep the Xeon in mind. Thanks for the suggestion!
  20. That could work. I wonder how much an E2650 (or whatever it is) would help.
  21. Hello all! I have a friend of mine who wanted to develop video games with me, however, he doesn't have the computer to run the programs needed to build 3D based games in UE4 and such. He has a budget of 900 USD. I live near a Microcenter, so I can get discounts on CPUs and Motherboards. (i5 6600K for 209.99, for example) I have 16 GB of G.Skill 3000mhz RAM that I can sell to my friend for 30-40 USD. His parents are happy to buy Windows for him. He has a good monitor, a keyboard, and mouse. He does do some video editing as well, so an SSD+HDD combo is needed for mass storage. Hopefully I answered all of the questions. Thank you!
  22. I've never owned them, but they have 12000 reviews and 4 stars so I assume they're pretty good.
