I think at this point I'm done with the forum. It's been fun while it lasted, but at this point there's been too much drama and not enough of why I came here. For the most part, anyone who wants to get ahold of me know's how. Sorry, but work is hectic and the annoyance is real around here.

It does take a while to find the right flavor and ratio... Although let me tell you, Totally Wicked has some pretty damn good stuff. They are who I landed with before mixing my own.

Vape 36mg/mL of 80PG/20 juice... It'll give you a nicotine buzz from hell at first. And I don't eat ice cream. I'd rather still get my nicotine in a much safer, extremely controlled package. Everyone has an opinion, but if you don't smoke... you don't get it.

I pay attention... Perhaps you should do some reading on sigma's site about their nicotine contents. Then read realistic studies

I smoked 3.5 packs a day for over a decade... vaping is nothing like smoking. I now vape 36mg/ml nic... I'd say you're fine on health. And you probably are fine if he was joking about it. Do you understand that you're wrong? Shit eCigs that you can buy in a gas station made in china for cheap? They can. If you're smart and check the ingredients (I order Nic from SA and they send an MSDS and purity report every time), it's not full of that crap.
