So recently I've been having some Wi-fi Issues (yes I use wi-fi, my router is far away and the house doesnt have pre run Ethernet) but not the typical "oh its a weak signal" (RT-AC68 make sure it's not) but rather the fact that my Wi-Fi just suddenly disconnects, just my PC though. After fiddling with the stupid wires on both the antenna and the wi-fi adapter itself a few times, I would end up restart my computer, which would fix the issue for anywhere from 2 minutes to 24 hours.... So I tried updating the drivers using Windows 10 (hey, I was lazy) and that also fixed it for about 24 hours...

Tonight I had my Wi-Fi card disconnect, and simply stop recognizing ANY wireless signals instead of having a minimal connection with one and still being able to recognize many of them. This time, I went into Driver Manager, and found the Wi-Fi card, specifically set the property of the device and BOOM everything came back...

Any bets on how long this lasts? so far its' been three hours without issue.....

Update: It lasted about 13 hours. Subsequent tries to update the properties of the device yielded no results. Currently have a 50ft Ethernet cord taped to the floor running from my room to the room with three router (centrally located for best House Wi-Fi coverage) *sigh* I have no idea if the Wi-Fi card is dying, if I just need to uninstall and reinstall drivers, or something else. It makes me miss my PCE-AC68 wireless card though I have in ITNOS, that thing rarely failed on me, and it only ever did when Windows tried to install it's own wireless drivers on top of the specific card's ones.
