The 3 themes in Office 2016 is kind of lame.... give us a color palette already and let us pick our own!! Just upgraded all machines at my work to 2016 office, 2019 should be coming later this year. The pre-reqs for 2019 are a lot tighter though.

Some 2016 versions have a black theme, at least if you roll back to a specific version. Though it doesnt make everything black like Word documents and Spreadsheets, it's still better for programs like Outlook where the only thing thats white is the opened email, the side bars are actually black instead of a light gray
